14-day right of withdrawal
You can withdraw from your purchase within 14 days without giving any reason. The period starts on the day you receive the item. This applies to all our items, including sale items.
How to return an item
- Let us know within 14 days of receiving the item. Email info@lapendla.com with your order number.
- Send the item to us no later than 14 days after you have told us. Pack it well and use a trackable shipping method.
- You pay for the return shipping.

Condition of the item
You may examine the bag as you would in a shop. Please keep the packaging and tags if you can, but you do not need them to return the item. If the item has been handled more than necessary to examine it, we may deduct the loss in value.
Refunds
We refund the full amount, including any delivery charge you paid, no later than 14 days from the day we receive your notice of withdrawal. We may wait with the refund until we have received the item or you have shown that you have sent it. The refund goes back to the payment method you used, free of charge.
Extended returns until 31 January 2027
Orders placed no later than 24 December 2026 can be returned until 31 January 2027. That makes it easy to give the bag as a Christmas gift.
- For the first 14 days, the right of withdrawal above applies.
- After that, we accept the bag if it is unused and in the same condition as when you received it.
- Email info@lapendla.com with your order number no later than 31 January 2027. Send the bag to us no later than 14 days after your email.
- You pay for the return shipping. We refund the full amount to the payment method you used, no later than 14 days after we have received the bag.
- Extended returns are in addition to your right of withdrawal and do not limit it.
Exchanges
Want a different bag? Return the one you have as described above and place a new order.
Cancellations
If your order has not been shipped yet, you can cancel it by emailing info@lapendla.com.
Faulty items
If your item is damaged or faulty, or you received the wrong item, you have the right to make a complaint under consumer law. Contact us at info@lapendla.com as soon as you notice the problem. We pay the return shipping for faulty items.
