What fits inside the bag?

We are proud to have made a bag that on purpose is larger than most work bags, so you can fit the things you need for a daily commute.

The La Pendla Commuter Bag has a separate compartment with insulation that can fit 2 food containers (15x20 cm) on top of each other, as well as an ice pack. 

The other bottom compartment comfortably fits a pair of training shoes up to size 42 as well as a smaller towel and gym clothes. 

It can of course also fit a 14 inch laptop, a note book and planner, your 50 ml water bottle, a travel mug for coffee or tea, wallet, phone, keys and much more!

Does it have a separate compartment for shoes or gym clothes?

Yes! One of the most unique features of the La Pendla Commuter Bag is that it has 2 separate compartments - one that is insulated, meant for keeping your food and snacks cold. The other one is for sweaty gym shoes, damp towels or other gear you want to keep separate from your personal items, computer and other work related items. If you are not a gym rat then of course this compartment also can be used for your high heels, diapers, outfit change and many other things.

What material is the bag made of?

The bag is made of a material that we call “vegan leather”, “fake leather” or “faux leather” which is PVC, a plastic material that is very common. The pebbled construction of the material makes it very much like real leather and gived the bag a luxurious feel at the same time that it is very durable. The zipper and other hardware are made of gold coloured metal. 

Is the bag water-resistant?

The bag is water resistant and the material should not get damaged or destroyed by a little rain or moist. However the zippers and seams are sewed and not taped, which makes the bag not completely water proof.

Can I fit my lunch and a laptop at the same time?

Yes, we have made the La Pendla Commuter Bag especially for people that wants to bring their lunch in a separate insulated compartment that can help keep the food cold, and at the same time bring their laptop and other work documents in a padded laptop compartment, without having the risk of it being spilled upon.

How much does the bag weigh?

The bag’s weight is slightly under 2 kg. We have tried to use materials that makes it as light as possible without compromising the complexity of the construction of the bag with all the different compartments. If the bag feels heavy while fully packed, you can always change the handles and make it a back pack for those walks to the train or bus.

Where is the bag made?

The La Pendla Commuter Bag is designed and creatively drafted in Sweden, Europe. Due to its complexity we then manufacture the bag in China, in a factory that has more than 27 years of experience in complex bag designs and that has been audited for ISO, Sedex 4 Pillar and approved for some famous brands & companies like Disney, Walmart and Universal. We have our own warehouse in Sweden which is why we can offer 2-5 days for delivery within Europe.

Is the bag carry-on approved for air travel?

The size of the bag is 55 x 50 x 23 cm which is approved for carry-on by most air crafts. Please check with the airline you are traveling with before bringing it. 

The bag also has a smart slip through pocket that can go over the handle of most larger suitcases, making it a perfect match for your travel.

What payment methods do you accept?

At Lapendla, we accept a variety of secure and convenient payment methods, including:

Can I change or cancel my order?

We understand that plans can change! If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible at info@lapendla.com or through our Contact Page.

We can only modify or cancel orders before they have been processed or shipped. Once an order has been dispatched, it can no longer be changed or canceled, but you may still be eligible to return it after delivery in accordance with our return policy.

Be sure to have your order number ready to help us assist you quickly.

I didn’t receive a confirmation email — what should I do?

 If you haven’t received a confirmation email within a few minutes of placing your order, please try the following:

  1. Check your spam or junk folder – sometimes confirmation emails can end up there.

  2. Verify your email address – make sure the email you entered during checkout was correct.

  3. Wait a few more minutes – occasionally, there might be a slight delay in email delivery.

If you still don’t see the confirmation email, please reach out to us at info@lapendla.com with your full name and any details you remember from your order (such as the items purchased or approximate time of purchase), and we’ll be happy to help track it down for you.

Shipping & Delivery

What shipping options are available?

The shipping options vary depending on what country you are in. We always use the most popular options in your area which usually are DHL, PostNord or UPS.

How much does shipping cost?

Do you offer international shipping?

Yes, we proudly offers international shipping to many countries around the world! If your country is eligible, you’ll see international shipping options at checkout.

How long will delivery take?

Delivery times within the Nordics take 2-4 days and orders to rest of EU 5-7 days.

How can I track my order?

As soon as your order ships, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number and a link to track your package.

To track your order:

  1. Check your email for the shipping confirmation message from us.

  2. Click the tracking link provided to view the real-time status of your shipment.

If you haven’t received a tracking number within the expected time or if the tracking link isn’t working, please contact us at info@lapendla.com and we’ll be happy to assist you.

Returns

What is your return policy?

We offer a 14-day return policy. You have 14 days from the date you receive your item to request a return. To be eligible:

  • The item must be unused, unworn and in its original packaging.
  • You’ll need to provide a receipt or proof of purchase.

How do I return or exchange an item?

Email us at info@lapendla.com to request a return.
If your return is approved, we’ll send you:

    • A return shipping label

    • Instructions on how and where to send your package

Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.

How long does it take to get a refund?

Once we receive and inspect your return:

  • We’ll notify you of the approval status.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card provider to post the refund.

If it’s been more than 15 business days since your return was approved and you haven’t received your refund, please contact us at info@lapendla.com.
